As always here’s you monthly dosage of the latest British Asian Fashion News.  

Eid Festival in Trafalgar Square

The Eid Festival took place for another year to celebrate Eid. There was a wide array of Islamic fashion from all over the world and l reported live from the event > It was a  great opportunity to view Islamic fashion from different cultures but traditional Islamic fashion with a modern elements.

Asian Women Mean Business

Asian Women Mean Business event was in London with Angela Malik as the guest host. A programme and event to inspire, support and empower ladies to go into business. 

The uber professional and renowned fashion event for businesses Pure London was in town for another year. It was an event for business owners wanting to buy fashion from exclusive global brands. Some of the fashion we saw had been featured in Vogue and other well-known magazines. 

The event also had presentation sessions for bloggers and businesses. Not for mention the sensational fashion shows which were split into different looks and styles!

It was one of the best events l have attended due to the warm welcome from the friendly crew who were dotted around the event to help. In addition, fashion shows were organised, prompt and professional. There were over a hundred different brands from all over the world e.g. China, EU and middle-east.

We even bumped into garments l have spotted in River Island and later l was advised the brand supplies to River Island. An event l won’t miss next year!

Pakistan in Vogue finally launched in August - a website to celebrate Pakistani fashion, lifestyle and international events. We don’t have to worry about having to purchase magazines from Pakistan anymore.
