I had to share Lebanese designer Dina JSR who she was raised in Saudi Arabia. She moved to London at the young age of seventeen, where she found herself fascinated by the strength and precision of the city’s architecture, the omnipresence of greenery, as well as the fine detail found in furniture design.
Dina JSR creates wonderful cocktail and evening dresses celebrating grace and style. Dina JSR’s collections tend to be inspired by fine lines and geometric architecture a full volume pleat, prominent yet graphically cut top. Then a pathway opening over a bare back, architectural folds, small fins that underline the bust or mark off shoulders.
Dina JSR’s designs are delicate, surprisingly feminine and unmistakably elegant. My eyes were glued to her new 2014 collection, every garment gives off an exquisite ora of a high fashion touch we all try to recreate in our everyday British and Asian fashion outfits.
l hope will inspire all you ladies when tailor making your own garments for special events.
